Individual therapy offers a confidential and supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. The benefits of individual therapy are gaining insight into patterns of thinking and behavior and developing coping strategies for managing stress, trauma, sexuality, anxiety, or depression. Through therapy, you can enhance communication skills and improve relationships.

Fees typically covered by employer (no-show and late-cancelations are not covered by EAPs)
