Insurance
I am in-network with Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and New Jersey, Horizon Blue Cross, Aetna, and Optum.
All other insurance companies are out of network: Cigna, Blueshield of California, Magellan, HealthNet, Kaiser Permanente, and all others not listed.
I am also a provider for some Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) such as Lyra Health, Concern EAP, and Optum.
