Part-time Associate Opportunities
About Us: We are a small group dedicated to providing accessible and affordable therapy services to our community. Our practice serves a diverse clientele, POC and LGBTQIA+, offering support to individuals through private pay and various insurance plans, including managed Medi-Cal, IN-network, and OUT-of-network coverage.
Position Overview: We are currently seeking 1-2 motivated associates either on the path to licensure or seeking part-time opportunities in private practice. As an associate, you can build your caseload while receiving support and referrals from our team. Our practice primarily focuses on adult clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) or the Board of Psychology (psychological assistants).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written, oral, and public communication skills.
Ability to maintain a minimum of 12 weekly appointments.
Must maintain professional liability insurance.
Self-motivated with the ability to market and advertise services to maintain an active caseload.
Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.
Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus but not required.

Clinical supervision is provided in group, triad, or individual settings.
W-2 employment status with competitive compensation.
Flexible schedule/hybrid options when feasible.

Upon licensure, the opportunity to transition clients to your private practice if they choose to continue with you.
